Optional contribution according to INSPIRE

It is optional to contribute to the infrastructure for geodata to authorities with no information responsibility, according to INSPPIRE and the Swedish Act and Ordinance on spatial information.

Optional contribution implies the possibility to publish metadata - and provide geodata products in respect of environment information - via the national Geodata Portal.

Optional contribution involves equal obligations as applied by authorities with an information responsibility.

Optional contribution is regulated as an agreement for optional contribution according to INSPIRE and the Swedish Act and Ordinance on spatial information.
