Publishing geodata

All actors have the possibility to publish metadata in the Geodata Portal:

• Authorities and organisations with an information responsibility, according to INSPIRE, should publish metadata in the Geodata Portal
• Other actors can also publish metadata and make their products accessible via the Geodata Portal

All actors own their metadata, products and other components used or accessible via the Geodata Portal.

All actors should have the ambition to develop a service-based delivery of their products.

Distribution of geodata products requires a permit according to the Swedish Act(1993:1742) on Protection of Landscape Information.
